JTA has developed a program for the leasing of PC's that has worked
extremely well for many of our customers. Firstly, when you examine the
current and projected growth experienced in your business, coupled with
the rapidly changing technology in the PC marketplace, it is clear that
any plan to manage this area must incorporate great flexibility,
responsiveness and a sharp focus on cost. JTA has developed a program
tailored to those areas which we feel are important to you in managing
your company's PC environment. This program incorporates the following
areas:
Equipment ordering
- We at JTA truly understand the value of a relationship. We will order
equipment from your preferred vendor, or we will order the equipment
from our source, if we can save you money. JTA will consolidate all
your PC orders into a lease schedule on a quarterly basis. This will
eliminate the need for you to deal with the contracts and payment to
vendors. This process will reduce the delivery cycle and eliminate the
vast majority of the administrative side of the transactions for you to
deal with.
Equipment upgrades
- Due to the constant changes in technology and your requirements, it
is inevitable that you will have the need to upgrade or replace installed
equipment. JTA will allow you to make the upgrades coterminous with the
existing leases or to extend the existing leases to coincide with the
projected life of the upgraded equipment. In the case of equipment
replacements, JTA will extend to you a credit based upon the fair
market value of the equipment being traded in. This credit would be
applied against the cost of the replacement.
Equipment returns
- When you return equipment, JTA will permit returns of "like
vendor models/types" as opposed to requiring that identical serial
numbers be returned. This will provide you with maximum equipment
inventory control flexible.
Asset management
- JTA has developed a database program to track every aspect of each PC
on lease. Reports will be generated on a quarterly or monthly basis (or
as often as needed), which will be tailored to your specific needs.
